what's with the lab w/ chemicals, beakers & medical instruments in a computer facility?
shareHaha. I instantly thought the exact same thing. It's like the word "lab", in the 50s, immediately meant it had to be set up like a mad scientist's lair, despite the fact it was specifically designed for computers.
The bubbling beakers reminded me of a kid's chemistry set. The only things missing, in order to make the zany lab complete, were a Jacob's Ladder and a plasma ball (static sphere).
