The Mysterians look identical to humans, except they are horribly deformed and scarred because of the after effects of their civil war. Like Godzilla, it draws upon painful memories of WW2 and lays them out in the open.
Isn't it strange that no matter what planet or galaxy aliens come from in Japanese Sci-Fi movies they all look Japanese?
shareit's even more strange that every country that makes movies can only pick from the same three to four basic premises? territorially driven, sexually driven, food driven, spiritually driven - or any combination of these. there just isn't more in this existence to tell about. this explains why everything getting remade every 30-40 years... so the japanese looking aliens are really not the main problem here. lol ;-)
