Is this the same movie as "Lifeboat" ...
Lifeboat is one of my all time favorites.
To me Lifeboat makes the case that the death penalty is sometimes necessary. I think anyone who has seen the movie can understand why. I am normally in almost all cases against the death penalty, but in some cases there are reasons that the collective must exact the ultimate punishment for their protection.
