Red Buttons (uncredited) coming out of phone box at start?

Just wondering, the guy who comes out of the phone box at the start then runs over to the small group before being hushed by the guard ... did anyone recognise him? I tried to pause it so I could see his face because it looked a little like an early Red Buttons but now I'm not so sure. Any other thoughts/opinions? No bid deal I know but I'm just curious/puzzled. :)

I don't believe it is. I went back and watched that intro a few times and it doesn't look like Red Buttons and also if it did, I don't think he would take such a minor role when he was working on "Sayonara" at around the same time.
