it is from a group of four eps where don richardo del amo (or de amo or something) vies for the affections of Anna Maria, not only with don diego, but el Zorro himself. the amnesty appears in the last ep of this sl and is a part of don Ricardo's scheme to win Anna Maria for himself. i can not tell u where to DL it however, sorry. i have it on Walt Disney home videos. the video says "The Secret of El Zorro" i know this is not what u asked but i just watched it last nigt/this morning and i wanted to share, lol
