Most disturbing episodes
For most people who grew up watching Gumby, it was just a fun show to watch; however, when looking back, some of the episodes take on a nightmarish feel. The one where Gumby and Pokey go to different planets, and that piano player kid freaks out ("You ruined my arpeggio!) and turns into a monster, the episode when they go into the oven and the friendly ball of dough rises and becomes sinister, the one with the Katchinas floating across the sky, nearly all of the 'silent' episodes, the one where the sculpture comes to life and chases them into the western book, those Giocometti-like figure in the musical note episode etc...
