For me, anyway...went from 7/10 to 8/10. Interestingly, had the same experience with Outlaw Josey Wales...and finally, it's a 10/10 and must-see annually for me. Perhaps it grows on ya.

shareI don't think it's so much that the film grows on you as it is that as you grow and get older and wiser you get to appreciate the complicated motivations and contradictions among the characters. I enjoyed this much better now (at age 39) then I did when I first watched it when I was in my early 20s.
