Having lived in the Old Pueblo from 1968 to 1976, to see downtown Tucson and the University in Deluxe Color and presented in a 16:9 aspect ratio, as the city appeared in 1956, was quite a treat. Throw in a devilishly handsome 26 year old Robert Wagner, capably playing a sociopathic killer, and while not classic noir, the original "Kiss Before Dying" still makes for an engrossing viewing experience. "Fill it up, with ethyl."

I was impressed with the location shots. Usually movies from this era use a few location shots and then resort to fake looking "outdoor"shots for close ups. Refreshing.

There was a location shot in this film which featured a tall clock. Does anyone know where that shot was filmed? Thanks!
