Why did the parking attendant get so palsy-walsy with Nikki? He didn't know him and got immediately very chummy and started an inappropriate conversation imo. Not that it warranted the slur by Nikki.

Also, when Nikki shoots the horse a police officer is right there and shoots him dead? Possible. Good timing and good shooting by the cop though.

The attendant just really needed a friend more than Nikki bargained for I think. As for the arrival of the cop, maybe the attendant bitterly called the cops on him for "unauthorized parking" or something.
