In 1956-the LAPD didn't have any sharp shooters?
By the sound of it,multiple weapons were fired,some of them automatics. I'd say well over 2 dozen shots rang out-most missing the target-
You think they would have had someone on the other side of the street who could have just tackled Poole to the ground instead of just standing there hoping the wife would keep walking past the house. I thought it was funny how many cops came out onto the front lawn at the end of the movie.
