At least JM and her ilk were within the healthy normal range for adult women, which is distinct from the androgynous fashions that followed in the 60s and 70s and set so many girls on diet fads, often with horrendous consequences.
While everyone is free to have their sexual preferences, an understanding and acceptance of what is a healthy appearance deserves some thought.
That beach body of JM's is a perfectly healthy body that most normal, hetero men have no problem appreciating.
