I downloaded this song from LimeWire, and it's Danny Kaye and he's singing about being Giacomo, but I don't remember it being in the movie. It's called "I Live to Love". Anyone heard it?

When he enters the town as Giacomo, he sings that song...King of Jesters and Jester to the King...when Giacomo the horse won, we started singing that...
shareNo, it's not that one. It's not "King of Jesters and Jester to the King". It's a different one. And I'm positive it's not in the movie. Oh well. Maybe they were going to put it in, but then didn't. It doesn't really matter, I guess. I really like it, though!

To answer your question, I found this in the trivia section:
"Some songs that were written but not heard in the film are "I Live To Love" (sung by Kaye to Angela Lansbury when he swings into her bedroom) and an extended "Pass the Basket" number when Kaye appears before the King (Just prior to the famous "Maladjusted Jester"). Both songs were, however, recorded and released on the film's companion record."

There is also an extra line in the Maladjusted Jester song about how he learned to sing. If I remember correctly it goes:
