It's from a website that lists lyrics from some of the song Danny Kaye recorded and/or sung in some of his movies.

It's the entire lyrics for the song The Maladjusted Jester. But I noticed there's a whole chunk of lyrics that I don't remember hearing in the movie, and I've seen this movie a million times. Am I crazy, or did part of the song get cut from the movie?

You're right. The final verses about being a dancer are not in the film.

The song might have been suggested by "Oh, a Private Buffoon" from The Yeomen of the Guard. Sylvia Fine probably wanted to use Sullivan's music (but I don't know this as a fact).
