Ending
What exactly does Bo say to Cherie at the end where her response is, "That's the sweetest thing anyone has ever said to me." I understood most of it but missed a couple of words...I can't seem to find the exact wording anywhere.

Bo said something like: It is awful hard for a fellow after he's been turned down once to get up enought guts to try again.
Then she replied: You don't need guts,Bo.
I was just wondering the same thing, can't somebody help me out?

It's the moment before that line you wrote.
He says: "Well, I've been thinkin' about them other fellas, Cherry. And well, what I mean is, I like you the way you are, so what do I care how you got that way?"
I just saw the movie for the first time and that was my favourite part. I was getting really annoyed with the Bo character for awhile, but I thought he totally redeemed himself with that line. My first reaction was to think, "that's one of the sweetest things I've ever heard", and then Marilyn said almost the exact same thing! I'm going to submit it to the 'memorable quotes' section for this movie, so future browsers of this site won't have to ask the same question you did.
