I liked this movie, but the ending really confused me. I mean, they try to get Plato to come out, but they see he has a gun, so they shoot him while he is still wearing Jim's jacket. After they take his body away, Jim says "This is Judy" to his parents. If you can elaborate, please. I just felt like the ending was abrupt.

It was fairly abrupt, I agree, but you know it was the climax and filmmakers try to keep them short to make them impactful, IMO. At least they did.
