'RWAC', our Junior class play.

I only saw this movie today; I'm 66 years old. I was too young to see it when it was first shown in '55 and if they showed it in reruns on TV, I missed it. In any case, the play was a fiasco from the beginning to the end.

First of all, there wasn't enough stage to produce it properly so they had to use part of the audience floor for the ending with the cops and flashlights. The second boner was the casting. The guy they cast for Jim's dad was the nelliest student in the school and everybody knew him so when he made his entrance mixing a cake, the entire audience roared with laughter. Anyhow it was downhill from there.

I don't know if the students picked the play or the drama teacher but somebody needed to stop the bleeding--it had no where to go but up in smoke. I was mortified then and still am but I finally saw the movie and I'm glad I did.

That's great! Wouldn't that be great if it had been filmed?
