How Did Everyone Know They Were At The Mansion?

How did the gangsters know Jim and the other two were at the mansion? And then how did the cops find them? They just happened to be driving by? The mansion was by itself on a mountainside.

I think i assumed that since the gangsters liked to harrass Plato sometimes then they might have followed him once. as for the cops i imagine that even though the hosue is on a hillside it is not entirely removed from civilastion. after Plato fired te gun maybe someone heard it and called th cops. i don't know for sure of course because i haven't seen the movie in a while.

Yeah, I thought this was pretty far-fetched as well.

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.

The gangsters and police didn't know. They guessed. If the gangsters and police knew they would have rushed there and there would not have been any relaxed atmosphere.

The gang followed Plato, and the cops and parents were out looking for Jim when the cops got a radio call and the cop told them he had another separate incident going on and had to take them with him. The housekeeper knew that Plato used to go there and probably took a chance getting there.

Swing away, Merrill....Merrill, swing away...

More to the point, how did Plato get from the mansion to the observatory so quickly? I thought they were supposed to be quite far apart.

She called me through the poster
