Plato vs. Lanza: disturbed adolescent males

1. Both Plato and Lanza lived in upper middle class houses/neighborhoods.
2. Both came from broken homes.
3. Both lived with their mother.
4. Both used guns stolen from their mother.
5. Both had mothers whom had a need to protect themselves with deadly firearms (possibly for defense from abusive ex-husbands).
6. Both targeted the innocent and defenseless (Plato shot puppies, Lanza shot kids).
7. Both saw suicide as their only option in the end. (Plato's suicide by cop, Lanza kills himself.)
8. Both were social outcasts in high school.
9. Both were loners outside of high school with no friends.
10. Both had poor fashion sense (LOL). (Plato wore red and blue socks, Lanza always wore the same green shirt and khaki pants.)

All good points. I guess these kind of issues have been affecting teenagers for decades but they do seem to be getting more prevalent and increasingly severe.

Who is Lanka?

Adam Lanza shot and killed 20 first-graders and six adults at Sandy Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, on December 14, 2012, before shooting himself.
