Haven't seen this movie in years, but saw it in library and rented it. I have never really understood: after Hal and Madge return to her house after they got in the car and drove away from picnic, it showed them kissing and embracing but nothing more. It's clear that several hours had passed. Did they make love during the night before returning to her house?
