Imagine how different the movie would be with Brando as Machine and Shelly Winters as Zosh.
They were the writers first choice to play the rolls

Brando probably would've played Machine a little more frantic than Sinatra, a lot of emotion.

Winters would've NAILED the part of Zosch.

I have a new philosophy. I'm only going to dread one day at a time.

I think Shelly winters would have been good...she can a certain time of vile to a character.
