'He's a Tramp'

What a dog

What a dog!

He's a tramp,
But they love him
Breaks a new heart
Every day

He's a tramp!
They adore him
And I only hope
He'll stay that way

He's a tramp
He's a scoundrel
He's a rounder
He's a cad
He's a tramp!

But I love him,
Yes, and even I have got it
Pretty bad

You can never tell when he'll show up
He gives you
Plenty of trouble
I guess he's just a
No-count pup
But I wish that he
Were double

He's a tramp
He's a rover!
And there's nothin'
More to say

If he's a tramp,
He's a good one
And I wish that I
Could travel his way

Wish that I could travel
His way

Wish that I could travel
his way...

Amazing that u can remember the lyrics!
"Don't push me cuz' I'm close to the edge, and I'm trying not to lose my head."

I know that song by heart, like so many Disney songs! ;D

California Mountain Snake

Yeah very catchy song - Peg should have had a bigger part :p

Best song from the movie.

That two-faced son of a jackal!

HA HA, me too! XD (About the hairstyle thing! And the song/voice.)

I remember drawing a really good picture of Peg singing when I was little, and hanging it up on the fridge. My mom said she looked like our Maltese. :p And I made my grandma drive around to a million stores looking for the Sing-Along volume that included "He's a Tramp" for my collection of those videos!

Thanx 4 posting these lyrics! U rock!

I want Sean Whalen! I want him bad!

This son always makes me think it should be sung in nightclubs.

Obi-Wan is my hero!

reply

Well - considering that Peg had been in a show - she had played nightclubs in-universe.

reply

She "used to be in the dog-and-pony follies." ;)

Great song, one of my favourite Disney scenes. And these days people stick their noses up at Disney musicals, but songs like these were classics.

"These pretzels are making me THIRSTY!"

reply

These were the classics. The Disney musicals are Disney. This Pixar stuff... I see no disney. It makes me sad. Ratatouille and Finding Nemo were the only good Pixar movies IMO. Everything else is just ok.
