Very similar to Scruffy (1980)
Does anyone remember Scruffy? It was a cute video about a dog, Scruffy, mainly aimed for children, came out in.. 1980 I think? I watched it as a kid and it had the same looking dogs like Lady and Tramp. The same stuff pretty much happens in Scruffy and is pretty much a Lady and the Tramp ripoff. It's crazy! I was like... wow!
