At what age do puppies start talking?

I ask this because I was surprised, yes, SURPRISED, when they started talking at the end of the movie.

reply

actually only the females talked, not the little male one.

reply

Interesting. Perhaps the females start talking earlier than the males.

We've had three dogs. All were talking when I met them. The first was my husband's dog that he had before we started dating... she was about two at the time. We adopted a 10-14 year old male a few years later and he was already talking; then the pup we adopted at 10 weeks was talking when we brought her home. They were all larger dogs (a Pit, half Ridgeback/half Pit and a Boxer)... don't know if that has anything to do with it....

There is no mention of talking though, but one would assume that talking age is determined by intelligence plus environmental factors. I admit that I am no expert on the science of this.

Wonder when the pups were born, though? My guess would be around the end of November, or maybe close to the second week in December? I'm not sure if they would have been born so close to Christmas if they were romping about that day.

In real life never since dogs don't talk but they do will bark a lot

I'm not quite sure whether the OP is serious or joking, but your's is the obvious answer. LOL.
