From Elsa Martinelli's Italian accented Dakota Indian to every insulting stereotype there is concerning native American men.
The native American begging for Alcohol was a particularly offensive touch.
Not to mention that the script and acting were absolutely horrendous.
A particular low in American film making.

shareOn the contrary, I think it was pretty good considering how Indians are usually depicted in westerns. In this, the ONLY ONES doing bad things from beginning to end were the white men. Even when Indians were angry, they eventually came to their senses after listening to Johnny Hawks's arguments. White men wouldn't listen, they'd just kill and behave despicably.
