The ridiculous one you mentioned or the private nurse bitching about how over qualified for this position she was which coincidentally was the most unnecessary assignment I've ever seen given to an old beloved teacher with back pain. I can only think of Citizen Kane receiving such treatment and even that nurse was in another room.
I will have to watch the film again, I do not remember.
