Special edition?
Netflix offers "East of Eden: Special Edition", and I can't figure out how that release differs from the "regular" edition. Does anyone know?

I looked into it online and it seems Warner Bros did restoration work to significantly improve the look and sound of the original masters of the film. And, the "Special Edition" (released by WB in 2005) includes several different formats, possibly including wide screen and Blu-ray, It's
a 2-disc re-release. It got rave reviews from those who purchased it thru Amazon. Sounds like
it's worth buying this version!
