'Devil's Canyon' Taken from Maru, Maru
An episode of Cheyenne on cable today, "Devil's Canyon" is a rip off of the film Maru, Maru. The story was adapted from a screenplay by an N. Richard Nash. In Nash's IMDb entry, he is credited with the screenplay of the film, Maru, Maru, whose general plot, a search for buried treasure,is the same as the Cheyenne episode.
