One thing bothers me about Clint Walker

The way he pronounces "Indian". It always comes out as IN-den. Drives me nuts.

Looking at the world, through amber colored glasses. 

He also pronounces further as "fuh-ther". There's a few others, too. However, I'm not bothered by any of them!

As an Australian- to me - his English is better than mine.

I noticed that, too. But since he's part inden, he's allowed to. Cheyenne is the best!!

I can overlook the mispronciations (sp?) , it's the extremely wooden acting skills that is really annoying to me! His monotone way of speaking and even the way he moves is so stiff!

Clint was a little stiff, but you couldn't help but like his character. And he was a true gentleman in real life. Still is.

The man was no master thespian, but he never tried to be. Personally I love his laid back ways and homespun delivery of dialogue.

He never won any acting awards, but was nevertheless extremely popular. And a big part of that was his mannerisms, he obviously touched viewers in a way that meant something to them. People liked him.

Plus he was genuinely a good guy from what folks say.
