Maybe I just hallucinated it, but does anyone out there remember an animated segment on the show that was done in a very psychedelic, Peter Max-ish style, about a young girl who kind of resembled Orphan Annie? Or am I just nuts?

Hi,

You're probably remembering a cartoon aired on the series entitled "Crystal Tipps and Alistair", which used a unique style that you mentionned. Check google...there are companies that sell dvds of this cartoon.
