Or did they give VE the better dresses? Rosemary's black dress was the only one I liked on her, and they continued to give her a lot of dark colored clothing. I thought VE got the best dresses, especially highlighted at the end in their red dresses. I don't know, I just couldn't stop thinking about it.

Unlike last December, this holiday classic only got shown very few times by AMC this December & showings were either in the middle of the night or in the afternoon when most folks are not at home. Shame on AMC.

Vera Ellen was costumed as the younger, less serious sister, and most of her dresses were dance costumes, since that was her main talent. Rosemary looked elegant and sophisticated.

I agree. Judy’s outfits were cuter as befits her youthfulness.
