Would have benefitted more by the 90 days the Judge gave him, than released to wife's custody???

As an X-Drunk --- I did 5 days, with the attendant shakes and that was enough to decide to sober up

Drunks shouldn't be jailed Victimless crime. Judge downright nasty revealing who he really was.
