Favorite Godzilla Film?

I love the original from 1954. The others I really like are:

Biollante,
King Ghidorah,
Space Godzilla,
Destroyah,
Megagarus

I like all of the films from 1984-2005.

I love all of them but these on to me have the most rewatch value.

'Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla'
I might have the title wrong, but you can't blame me. Each movie had, like, five. :/
Basically, the final movie where Godzilla and Mechagodzilla go head to head, without focusing too much on any other monsters.
Mechagodzilla has always been a favourite monster of mine, and see the King of Monsters go head to head with what is basically an evil copy of him is just classic.
I enjoy the other Mechagodzilla movies too, but this one is the BEST, although it's all personal.
I really just love Mechagodzilla is all. I know there are other movies that are bettern than this one, but like I said, I just love that big steel bastard.

I haven't seen this one mentioned yet, and it may be a little corny, but I liked "Son Of Godzilla". For some reason I thought it was called "Monster Island", but maybe they just mention that term in the movie? I could be all wrong. It's been decades since I've seen it, but I loved that little Godzilla.
