1. Godzilla's Revenge - This awful entry that was aimed at children is by far the worst ever. All the scenes featuring Godzilla and other monsters didn't even happen, just the fantasy of some annoying kid. And don't even get me started on Minilla's talking voice. Ugh...
2. Godzilla vs. Hedorah - An overly serious and trippy entry that was not only aimed at kids but also features a redundant "go green" theme, a silly looking sludge monster, and some really out of place dream sequences. Is this a Godzilla film or a Captain Planet episode on LSD?
3. Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla - Boring and uninspired entry with a lazily written storyline and a stupid looking foe for the G-Man to fight. The whole "monster cloned from Godzilla's DNA" was soooo overdone in the Heisei series.
4. Godzilla vs. Megalon - As cool as it was seeing Gigan again, Megalon is one of the most ridiculous monsters in the entire Godzilla series. Not to mention Jet Jaguar is the worst idea since King Kong getting powered up by lightning.
5. Godzilla, Mothra, and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All Out Attack - I guess all the shorter and less asinine titles had already been used. This could have been a good movie but Godzilla as the villain and Ghidorah as the hero? No, just no.

Godzilla's Revenge - Literally reusing entire scenes from older films. Minya talks and has a lot of screen time. The whole film is about a boy dreaming about Godzilla. Gabara is one of the worst looking monsters. This is the absolute worst. Aimed towards kids? My brother and I watched this as kids and we hated it.
Godzilla vs Mothra (1992) - I never liked Mothra. And it seems like every movie featuring Mothra has the same plot points. They completely messed up Godzilla's atomic ray sound. I also hate that they changed his roar in this one, making him seem less threatening.
Godzilla vs Gigan - I remember just feeling very bored watching this movie. And Godzilla speaking to Anguirus is plain weird.
Son of Godzilla - The Godzilla suit makes me want to throw up. The whole idea of Godzilla having and son and Minya in general is incredibly stupid.
Godzilla Final Wars - Could have been good, but the style was way out there. Since when did techno and Matrix rip off become part of the Godzilla movies? And why use this style for the last Godzilla movie?
Honorable mentions:
Godzilla vs. Sea Monster - boring. Ebirah's roar (or squeal) was really annoying. I hated the music.
Godzilla vs. Megalon - weird and sloppily made. Recycled footage during the final fight. Jet Jaguar. Bad music. Godzilla's infamous dropkick.
Terror of Mechagodzilla - Seemed much cheaper overall than its predecessor. Titanosaurus was extremely annoying.
