Anyone know where Amazon got its DVD cover art?

Recently Amazon has had a DVD cover of EXECUTIVE SUITE on its page for the film. It almost looks like some sort of bootleg cover -- yellow, with (colorized?) photos of all the top cast members, obviously publicity stills taken at the time. Virtually no information on the movie, unlike almost all DVD covers. I've never heard of this film having come out on DVD anywhere as of this writing (April 24, 2007 -- though it's supposedly promised for later this year), and even looking at the enlarged picture of the cover (whoever posted it shows both front and back covers), there's no indication of who issued this DVD, or where. (The MGM logo is printed on it in a small box.) If anyone reads this thread go to Amazon and click on the page for the movie. Any ideas of where this apparent DVD comes from?

Okay, I'll answer my own question. It appears it's the art from the upcoming DVD due 10/30, judging by the Movies Unlimited website, which thus far is the only site I've seen the cover art on. Oddly, Amazon has pulled the cover it had shown and at present just has one of those blank, no-image-available boxes. When they finally get around to putting up the coming DVD cover I'll recheck but it basically seems the same -- evidently taken from the original movie poster.
