Price of the original poster
Does anybody know why the film' s original poster is one of the most desirable among the collectors?
shareIf i had to guess. "CFBL" did not have as big a fan following as the other big Universal monsters so less memorabilia was saved over the years so the posters must be very rare.but this is just guess work on my part..
i am curios..anybody know what a CFBL poster cost??? are there reprints out there?

Not quite CREATURE related, but in the 2002 Book of World Records, THE MUMMY (1932) is supposed to be the most valuable movie poster. I'm can't remember the cost though.

I've seen a six-sheet original CFTBL poster on ebay for 17,000 recently. Much higher are the one-sheets from The Mummy, Dracula, and Bride of Frankenstein - all for around 1.5 million (USD).
