They have taken the whole premise and made Independence Day. The Jeff Goldblum hair glasses is Gene Barry.

I'm sure we're not the only people who have seen the similarity between the films. Strangely, I did not pick this up watching ID but only when watching this film.

So similar except for the demise of the aliens.

Is very bad to steal Jobu's rum. Is very bad.

Thanks for the heads up, Rich. I am legally blind and sometimes i mis-read things. I thought it said from ID4. I deleted the reply.
