I wonder if there was some sort of famous quotation or phrase about "Brady's Bunch".

Some officers at the fort are scornful when Major Brady recruits Seminoles to fight the Kiowas.

One of them says: "A toast to the memory of Brady's bunch".

And later an officer says: "That's the last of Brady's bunch".

And of course there was a famous tv sitcom called The Brady Bunch (1969-1974).
