Dental Assistance...Anyone?

In the first few minutes of the film a closeup of Hepburn in bed shows a set of teeth which are quite imperfect. The smile at the end, in the Great Hall scene with Peck, shows her with a neat row of perfect teeth.

Did she have them capped on location? I can think of no reason that prosthetics would be used in either direction.

Anyone have an explanation?

Maybe it was due to different camera angles/lighting between the two shots because I've read quotes from her freely admitting she had crooked teeth and never desired to have them capped.

That is one of the things that made Audrey so wonderful - that she was always the first to point out all of her own "flaws".
