Haha, I didn't think of that. I knew he was referring to the pajama bottoms, but you're right that it could've had a double meaning when the line was written.

Yes, I believe it was. I also liked the scene where she asks him what he sells, and they play the sound of a horse whinnying. lol

To me it seemed like the line intentionally had a double meaning. She was literally checking to see if she had bottoms on, and at the same time wondering if she had slept with him in her delirium, and he could tell this is what she was thinking.
