he went to the ed wood jr. school of directing. "let's throw some dinosaurs in there, it'll substitute for action!". sadly, wood's movies are at least funny (to some extent) whereas this movie was boring and sad. but still worth a watch if you think you've ever seen a 'bad movie', this is one that might help you recalculate how bad it was...
