I don't know when or how but I saw on Margaret Kerry's Tinkerbell Talks website that he passed on at an early age.

Yeah, he died at age 42 sadly in 1990. That's so sad, he was great as Michael 

The only actors I believe are still alive are Margaret Kerry (Tinker Bell) Kathryn Beaumont (Wendy) and Paul Collins (John).
