Should I?

I am a complete horror junkie. Is this movie worth the effort to find it and the time to watch it?

It seems obvious, since horror movies aren't usually highly rated, that this one should be worth a watch. Also, it was a pretty big movie in its day, so it shouldn't be that hard to find if you live in a major centre (I'm in Winnipeg, MB...700,000 people, and two or more of our video stores have Vincent Price sections, so...). If not, try one of the online movie rental/delivery comapanies.

my local library has it. (I check the horror films there a lot. have to know where my tax dollars are going) it's a classic, so it shouldn't be hard to find at all. the version the library here has also has "Mystery of the Wax Museum" from 1933 and worth a watch as well.

reply

Definitely. Barnes and Noble has it for nine dollars...I just bought it. :)

He said it's all in your head, and I said, so's everything--
But he didnt get it.

Vincent Price was the King of Horror and this was the film which established that title so that's a strong yes.
