Museum's Partner Needs A Financial Advisor!

The original partner, Burke, whines about having $20,000 invested in the museum. A bit later he suggests to Jarrod that they burn the museum and split the $25,000 insurance money. So he's happy with $12,500 for his 20 grand?

I think he was just happy to get any amount of money.

Burke's real intentions may have been other than a 50-50 split. And he was the financial part of it, Jarrod was the artist, and probably didn't invest any money.
