The "cat" part is obviously about how these so called advanced women could not sit in the same room with each other without bickering about who has more "will" than the other.

The sets of the office furniture as a space ship, the gun shooting. The $2.50 wardrobe budget. And yes, now this is funny. In 1987 it was funnier with the spoof Amazon Women on The Moon, which this reminds me much of.

It's a hoot, a nice way to pass some time and remember when movies were made to be made, not screaming for Oscar contention..but just a fun time to pass the time.
