I think it should be 'Now I shout it from the highest hill' but you have a listen to the 'shout it' bit and see if you can work out the actual words.I've listened to the song over and over and its doing my head in trying to work out what she actually sings!

It's strange but I have never found it difficult figuring out the words to that song...Doris sings it extremely well and has wonderful vocal diction.
