Shooting The Drink Out Of Katie's Hand
I get the impression that maybe the actress really got hurt or the liquid splashed into her eyes. If you look closely when the shot is fired, Katie immediately raises her hands to her face. It then cuts to a closeup and there is nothing on her face. I've never read anything about this particular scene though.
