Pearl Diver Recipe....

Couldn't find Polynesian Pearl Diver, but this looks like it....have never heard of this. As with drinks of this nature which taste good, and as illustrated in the movie, a little can go a long way....

PEARL DIVER

ingredients:
• 3/4 oz. Midori
• 3 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 oz. coconut rum
• 1 oz. sweet-and-sour mix
Cherry
Pineapple slice

Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients, except cherry and pineapple, with plenty of ice in a blender for 15 seconds until mushy. Pour into a large red-wine glass and garnish with a cherry and a pineapple slice.;This is a special signature drink of the Turnberry Isle Resort & Club, Aventura, Florida.
