The ballet scene: Cyd Charisse?

The clip of the ballet shown in the 'ballet scene' of BEAST is from the 1943 WB movie MISSION TO MOSCOW, in which the lead ballerina was played by Cyd Charisse, who died today at 86. It's worth checking closely, but if the clip lifted from MTM does indeed show Ms. Charisse, then THE BEAST FROM 20,000 FATHOMS would qualify as Cyd Charisse's lone sci-fi movie...even if only inadvertently!

Cyd Charisse's only sci-fi movie? Not so. She played one of the rulers of Atlantis (who are revealed as being Martians!) in the 1978 British movie 'Warlords of Atlantis'.

Doh! I forgot she was in WARLORDS OF ATLANTIS, a movie that I saw on the big screen when I was a kid. Wonder why that film has yet to see a DVD release?

Warlords of Atlantis was released on Region 2 DVD about five years ago.

Thanks misbegotten. Unfortunately, I don't have a multi-regional DVD player, and mine only takes Region 1. (My laptop, however, can take different Regionals).
