They'll never learn
Somebody should inform the cops, perhaps during Police Academy training,
that a 100-foot long dinosaur CAN'T be brought down with a pistol. Every
monster-attacks-the-city film has that one foolhardy cop who has to try
this, with the same disastrous result. ("AAAHH!!!")
