Cynthia Green. I just watched the DVD after not seeing the movie for years. After he rescues her from under the truck we dont see her again, and yet Im sure when I saw the movie originally, there was a scene where she got killed?? or am I imagining it?

She died from the truck accident. Street mentions this briefly in dialog in the next scene -- something to the effect of "it wasn't the war that killed her; I killed her".
